308 Consulting delivers a comprehensive suite of investigative best practice courses designed to strengthen fairness, accuracy, and procedural compliance. Our program includes nine individual courses totalling 33 hours of instruction that cover every stage of the investigative process — from intake to reporting.

Through spatial analysis and growth modelling, we identify the optimal locations and future requirements for paramedic stations, fleet, and equipment. Our recommendations consider expansion capacity, accessibility, and the integration of new technologies such as electric vehicles, hybrid units, and digital communication systems. Each Master Plan includes capital forecasts and investment priorities, giving municipalities a clear, defensible roadmap for infrastructure development and lifecycle replacement.
