Brad Lucas is a seasoned public service leader and operational strategist with more than 30 years of experience in emergency services, health administration, and workplace management. As Director of Workplace Solutions at 308 Consulting & Strategy Group Inc., Brad leads initiatives that enhance organizational performance, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure compliance with workplace standards and safety legislation.

Throughout his career, Brad has held progressive leadership roles across municipal and provincial systems, including General Manager of Middlesex County EMS, Business Manager at Huron County Health Unit, and Operations Manager for Huron County Emergency Medical Services. His leadership has consistently focused on improving operational efficiency and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.

Brad’s early career as Owner and Operator of Zurich and Seaforth-Clinton Ambulance Services laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to quality care, innovation, and community service. He also served as an Adjudicator with Ontario’s Social Benefits Tribunal, where he ensured fairness, transparency, and integrity in decision-making.

At 308 Consulting, Brad applies his deep operational knowledge to help organizations navigate complex human resource challenges, policy development, and workplace transformation. His practical leadership style and steady, people-first approach make him a trusted advisor in both the public and private sectors.
