Throughout his career, Brad has held progressive leadership roles across municipal and provincial systems, including General Manager of Middlesex County EMS, Business Manager at Huron County Health Unit, and Operations Manager for Huron County Emergency Medical Services. His leadership has consistently focused on improving operational efficiency and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.

Brad’s early career as Owner and Operator of Zurich and Seaforth-Clinton Ambulance Services laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to quality care, innovation, and community service.
