Boots on the Ground Peer Support for First Responders We sincerely appreciate the vital work of Boots on the Ground Peer Support for First Responders. This Ontario-based helpline provides anonymous support to first responders who have faced challenging and traumatic workplace experiences. Their dedicated team of volunteers offers peer support to firefighters, police officers, paramedics, nurses, corrections officers, and emergency dispatch operators. John Howard Society Youth Justice Committee
The John Howard Society of Canada is a federation of provincial/territorial and local Societies committed to understanding and responding to crime-related issues. They work closely with individuals who have come into conflict with the law, advocate for changes in the criminal justice process, and engage in public education on criminal law matters.
